The Residential Tenancy Act changes from time to time and it is good for you to be aware of what your rights and obligations are when it comes to the property you are renting. The local Government Agent’s office has brochures available about your tenancy rights, and I can help you with various concerns if it is in relation to a property I am helping to manage.
