• 2 - 3 bedrooms in Westview, Wildwood, Townsite or south of town. 1 dog, 2 cats, non smoker. Under $700 including utilities. Required ASAP. Requests long term 5 year rent if possible.

• 1 bedroom suite, bachelor or house in town. No pets, non smoker. Maximum $550 per month including utilities. Looking for long term rental.

• 3 or more bedroom house in Westview area, allowing pets. Maximum $800 per month. Tenant smokes. Asap.

• Local small business owners looking for 3 or more bedroom house to rent. Good references available. Required June. Call 483-4516.

• 3 or 4 bedroom for a family of 4, no pets and non smokers. Furnished. Required long term from either July or August.
